Prayer Points of the Week
United Prayer for College Students and Gen Z’s
Today more than ever, college students and Gen Z’s in America need revival. According to Matthew 18:18-20, the greater the number of Christians united in faith and prayer, the easier the battle for this generation can be won. Join with the Collegiate Day of Prayer Initiative in unified prayer for students (20 million) on every college campus (4,200 of them) in the U.S.
Pray for college students to get a vision for prayer and revival.
Pray for fathers and mothers turning their hearts to sons and daughters.
Pray that “unengaged” campuses, ones with no known gospel community reaching out to them and discipling students to know Jesus, would be reached with the gospel.
Pray that churches across the America would adopt and pray for colleges:
- Campuses that are near them,
- Campuses with which they are familiar, and
- Campuses with no known missional engagement.Pray until revival comes to all college campuses!
This year's Collegiate Day Of Prayer is scheduled for February 29, 2024. To find out more about the CDOP, to access valuable prayer resources, and to adopt a college campus, please visit: https://collegiatedayofprayer.org
AWAKE
Rise up, O men of God! America is in a moral crisis. Will we have impending judgment or mercy? Men, awaken the dawn!
REMEMBER
Remember God's covenant with America. There were four great American revivals transforming whole cities and regions through preaching and praying. God can do it again.
REPENT & UNITE
Humble yourselves and turn from your wicked ways. Jonah and Lincoln issued national calls to repentance. Perhaps God will relent from sending devastation if we return to Him.
INTERCEDE
Join the Pre-Dawn National Prayer Offensive with tools and support from Men for Nations. Paul urges men to pray for everyone, especially those in authority (1 Timothy 2:1-8) to transform society.
PREVAIL
Watchmen who give themselves no rest will prevail (Isaiah 62). This is war and war requires warfare prayer to see a lasting and deepening revival.
